So where do I find the numbers? I assume I'll be checking date codes. What I have read so far says Mopar didn't start putting VINs on the engines and trans until 1968. Correct?
Either '68 or '69 , can't remember .
'67 didn't have the v.i.n. on any drivetrain parts . The only way that I'm aware of to 'make' a '67 & earlier be 'matching numbers' is by casting dates on the motor and trans .
