Anyone running a crosswind (air gap knock off) intake?

If so, how is the quality? Would anyone recommend one? Anyone recommend not buying one? I am going to be putting eigther one of these, or the actual edelbrock performer rpm air gap on a 10.3 to 1 340 with ported X heads, that flowed 268 cfm in. 195 cfm ex. @ .500 lift, possibly a comp XE284H cam. I think this will make a pretty good combo. Cam is rated for 2200-6500. Any thoughts on this combo?
