youll find the majority of charges are brokerage fees that are combined with the duties which are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT shipping charges.

When i buy parts internationally from Hughes, Summit, etc they quote shipping charges , and depending on the carrier - you contact them to determine your fees at the shipping destination.

as stated before ship postal when you can - the brokerage fees are absorbed by the carrier.
