yes... these guys being chucks speed center... they have been around since the mid 60's ran numerous cars out at bee line and speedworld back in the day...

it wouldnt be the first time an experienced guy forgot to install the seals, how much blow by does the engine have?

where is yur point of vacume?

and have you tryed a different valve?
