For the members who I do not have on my list,and I know there are some, we are getting together for a couple of drinks and some snacks at Smittys on the corner of Westwood Dr. and Portage Ave. March 26 at approximately 4 p.m. Hopefully this will allow some of our out of town members to get back home before dark.I have been told by a member that he is buying the first round so be on time,or least before he gets there,lol.There will be a small prize,just for the hell of it.Please let me know if you are going by PM or call me at 955-1131.Hope to see some new faces.

Hey Dave sent you a PM that I am working at the World of Wheels for the Mopar club from 11:00-1:00 and then taking in the show after. So I might be there, but can't say for sure.

I feel sorry for the people who are in the danger flood zone,fortunately I am not one of them.I am high and dry where I am.I will have one for ya Terry.8)

Dave why don't we say 5:00 and call it Dinner. Because 4PM is so close to dinner time anyway. I figiure I could be there for about 5:00 that night after the World of Wheels. Grant is working at the show that night as well, so not sure if he will make it or not.
 
Dave...why the 26th ?

I'll try and get there but it will be late in the day...
 
I tried several dates and it seems there isn't a right time so I picked the 26th.Doesn't matter which day I pick it won't work out for somepeople.Changing the time to 5:00 seems ok to me especially if it will help some members to make it. I hope it will be ok for everyone else. Next time Grant, we'll do a barbecue at your "ranch" :D.

Hey Dave 5:00 works for me. I shall be there for sure. I wonder where Bill is, guess I will have to give him a call. Also have you heard from Ken at all?
 
Dave, and all Manitoba A-body Mopar fans – whether it's at this get-together at Smitty's in Winnipeg, or at one of your many car shows – make sure you guys keep an eye out for one of the 15(?) 1972 Swinger 340 Specials made exclusively for Pembina Dodge back in late spring of '72. This thread (below) hi-lights mainly the 65 '71's from Crosstown and Crestview versions, but let it be known, you had some of these rare-as-hens-teeth Swinger 340 Specials in your back yard too...

I have a farm that is on the water. We always get some water on our front yard but the house and the rest of the yard is very high. Just have to make sure docks are tied down. THere are homes here that will suffer greatly if it is higher than last year with the ice jams.

Is anyone bringing thier wives with them or is the Guy man cave thing???

Wow I did not know this, I will pay more attention at the mopar shows this year.

I will be coming solo, I will be with the wife all day at the World of Wheels, so she will stay home with our son. Wives are more than welcome though, the more the merrier!
 
What Mark said ,although I don't think there will be any ladies there. I think it would be nice to have a meet with the ladies as well.
 
As Mark mentioned, I'm closing the WOW that day, but I should be able to pop out before for a free beer :)

Sorry ya can't make it Bill,but it doesn't sound like you are suffering too badly.I need to talk to you about your cam and lifters when you get back.Give me a call when you get back. 8) Did I mention the strippers? :iconbigg:
