Popping in exhaust

Spark plug fouled out and raw fuel building up in exhaust. Intake or exhaust valve not closing completely, usually you'll hear a ticking of tapping on that side of the engine. Could also be a burnt intake or exhaust valve. Perform a compression test on entire engine. Pull all plugs, carb wide open and 3-4 pulses.
