Wanna make sure that motor mount is right & if this is all thats needed hardware wise, it actually might be a worthwhile endeavor.

yes on the flexplate. no on the mount. you need the metal bracket for a 340/360.. should be able to get just the drivers mount here.. http://www.engine-swaps.com/Pages/ProductsYear/73UP.html
