Is doing it powder coat style, cheaper than Shiny Chrome?
Or are the costs about the same?

it was for me.........here they wanted about 350.00 a bumper to re-chrome......got a heck of a deal on powder coating them, 125.00 for both.

besides, when i started re-doing the car, i was already set on the paint scheme, so the bumpers had to be black anyway.
