Eddie carb diagram request

Ok, replaced the fuel filter, and it starts. Idles for about 30 seconds, then dies. Wont start immediately, have to let it sit for a few minutes. Ideas? I have no idea where to go from here. I know the accelerator pump is working, so thats not it. Its definitely getting gas.
