Has anyone used the Bear Claw Latches

I was wondering if anyone has used the bear claw latches like the ones for sale at http://www.a1electric.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=94000-REM4
I need new latches and was wondering how hard they are to use and if they work good once installed.

Plus I have shaved doors so it would kill two birds so to speak.
