ssbc caliper upgrade

has anyone installed a ssbc caliper upgrade kit (a199-1) for a car with factory kelsey-hayes disc brakes ? I am putting them on my 69 cuda , but don't know what brake hose to use . The calipers have a 1/8 inch npt thread opening with fittings for 3/16 double flare line. I made some very short lines to adapt to the factory hoses but not sure if there isn't a better alternative.
