Why not?
They didn't make any special manifolds for auto trans cars and then different ones for 4 speeds.
The only time you run in to clearance problems is if you try to put small block c, b or e body manifolds on an a body.
The passenger side is usually the same, but the driver's side is swept up on an a-body to clear the steering linkage.
B, C, and E body manifolds are always swept down on both sides. (trucks too)
Factory manifolds always clear power steering, power brakes, and any tranny setup that they offered.
Headers are the ones that can be a pain, some makes you can't use a manual trans or power steering without heavy modifications.
