A body 4 speed pedal assembly, with brackets

This is the pedal assembly I was going to us. I was told this came out of a 69 340 car, but I have idea how to verify that. The firewall plate, and side bracket is included. It is all glass beaded and cleaned up. I need $165 out of it plus shipping from 60139. PM please
