440 budget build

this is a 440 build Im undertaking with a load of spare's I have. this is a bucks down budget and Im wondering what power it might make

std bore 72 block, the only mods are a 1/2 pick up and .015 off the deck.
std crank with std bearings
std LY rods and std cast flat tops with 1.990 pin height
915 heads with 2.14s and 1.81s 75cc chambers
.020 shim head gaskets
heads are tickled but not what Id call ported, but gasket matched in and ex ports.
.509 cam and dutile rockers with ball/cup push rods.
torker II with a 750 hp carb.
1 7/8 hooker fender exits
windage tray and 7 quart sump

what do you think of that for a budget combo?

also Iv got a t/a 3000 verter and t/a rev patt manual 727 for it

Don't see any mention of what its going in, or what gear, if its going in a 3800 lb. car with 3.23s you'll be lucky if it bust out of the 13s, now if its going in an A body with race weight around 3200 lbs. & gears then low 12s shouldn't be a problem, It'll go in the 11s at that weight, i see a couple things that will hold it back, the stall & intake, with that cam i'd run at least a 9.5" 36-3800 stall at minimum, 42-4400 would work better, at least a 4.10 gear, even 4.30s with a 28" tire. A street Dom. intake or an RPM. The cam IMO is fine, you can run in the 10s with that cam, its been done many times.
