Im stumped, It's missing and ticking.

Start cheap. Mabey swap a new set of plugs in it. Could have a broken porcelain plug that really does not show itself, but the spark travels up and out insulator on ocassion. One other thought is a leaking intake gasket? Have you sprayed any carb cleaner around the carb base gasket or intake ports?
