Final Setup on Ring and Pinion

I was afraid everyone would sat that it needed more shim. It looked to me that the coast side needed more, but the the drive side is centerd between the root and the top perfectly. I have .070 in it now and when it had .072 of shims the drive side was close to the root of the tooth.
Maybe it's one of those gear sets that will never be perfect.
Would it hurt it to run it as it is? Or would you add a .001 more shim to get it closer?
Here are the pictures with .072 shims installed. I don't know if you can see it in the pictures but the drive side is close to the root.
Thanks for you help, this is my first time setting up an axle and it's not as much fun as I though it would be.
