Most true 28x10.50's, 10.50w's or anything else, are in the 11.5-12.0 section width range.
Here's a 70 Dart that I'm trying to put 275/60/15 et radials under. Has a 1/2-3/4" hanger relocation. It's TIGHT! Maybe have 5/16" on each side of tire to well.
