Is that nut on the clutch rod backwards? (gotta bust yer b@ll$ somehow). Doesn't the tapered (locking?) part of the nut face away from the washer and isolator?
And I've never had any luck with the rubber isolator that fits into the clutch fork. The things always end up disappearing on me. I'm not sure if they melt away from the heat coming off my headers on the 340 in my Demon??? But I did eventually find the a clutch rod with the factory ball that fits into the clutch fork from P&G Classic in Canada for $29
