Agreed. The kid made a stupid decision and it cost his life and his friends. I am all for raising the driving age to 18. No thats not the cure all but it would make a hugh difference.
18 for a full license i agree. i also think they should get a permit at 15. that way they get to drive 3 years before they get a license. here kids wait till they are 16 and get a permit and get a license at 17.
