General Motors CEO said WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wasn't he (GM's CEO) appointed to that position when Obama fired everybody? Obama is pushing for econo-boxes, electric cars, and whatever else. Isn't it possible that this is merely 'part of the plan"?
