I doubt it, you would have better luck using shorty or block hugger headers. As you know the drivers side is very tight even with manual steering.
 
Well there's problems with all of those, neither the tti's or dougs can handle column shift, harold is impossible to get ahold of and even if I did there seems to be some issues with getting anything anyway. and the 273 and 318 manifolds is quite ridiculous for a 392 stroker. Well, **** happens I guess ;)
 
only way to make those fit a early A body would be by cutting them up into pieces and look at them as a weld up kit.. you would probably have to buy a few extra bends to finnish it anyway after that.
