Your Duster looks solid, with no rust-thrus. Even the floor pans look like some simple wire brush and paint jobs (POR15, Rust Destroyer etc). A few ripples on the lower qtr panels, but probably dents instead of Bondo jobs (magnet is the judge). Check the Canadian and European posts to see amazing metal reconstruction people have done to salvage rust buckets. None of that here. Yours is "good rust" - a little surface rust to scare away buyers and get a good price.

NorCal cars tend to be good unless right at the beach and you are on the dry side of the Bay. I am in Sacramento, but as I dug into my 65 Dart, it appears to have been a Reno car, which is the worst combination - high altitude sun and snow. Still, just a few rust thrus in the floorboards and wheel wells to fix.
