It was sprayed with Rhino Liner stuff,still corroded

It is (was) new,and it corroded,even after epoxy and Rhino Liner Ill sand blast it and try the POR-15
Make sure you do it as per POR instructions. They recommened using thier self etch. I had luck with POR and I also didnt have luck with it. And for the price I believe thier are better products out there.
