You were questioning about hearing the noise threw the valve cover, because they were powder coated!

My point was you could have used undercoating on the Valve Covers and still heard the valve train noise...... with a screwdriver, if it would have been in that area.

Ok guys I tightened the header down really tight, But with small wrench because of the heads being aluminium and its still doing it. took it to speed shop and they said small crack and header bass by flang... I still hope its not a lifter or valve. still concerned. Did a dyno this morning and got 305 hp and 320 trq at the wheels. Video below
