fuel pump carb - easy question ;-)

i ran ,i believe it was a holley blue on my 66 charger 440
i mounted it to the rear "frame rail" just in front of the leaf spring perch
it was on the outside for access and i put it on that side so there was less wiring it got a little beat up but worked like a champ.of course the charger was a little beefier there so it was easy to mount it hi enough that the bottom was almost flush with the rail.
also with tall 15" tires and beefed up springs it sat fairly hi in general
never lost a pump or a filter that i can think of.
i ran one the small glass filters between the tank and the pump and a regular filter before the pressure reg.
you just have to remember to check/clean the glass filter regularly
since it's outa site and small
get some of those small loop type hose clamps like for heater hoses so you can put holes where necessary and screw the clamps into place to keep the hose tight against the car and in place
