68 barracuda coupe on ebay

This car was for sale in Salida, CO for about $4500. Now, it is for sale on ebay with a B.I.N price of $9k out of San Diego. I guess I can't blame him for trying to make a buck.

It looks rough to me. I wonder what was done to it to make it a formula s tribute? The interior looks very ratty, so that isn't it.
