elecronic troubles
I got a new regulator over the summer, and worked fine. We even tried putting on the old regulator on before when the alternator wasn't charging the battery. It has to be the wires. Either something is missing or in the wrong place. If anyone happens to have a picture of their alternator hookup for a 318 or I guess any 70's small block mopar. That would be helpful too. I should also mention that the original amp gauge on the dash has the needle to the far right which is +40 when the engine is running. Before the engine was pulled out, the needle was always dead center.
