318 runs great...but low oil psi...is it ok?

My 318 in my 72 Dart works and sounds great. It has plenty of power and seems strong. I have an aftermarket oil psi gauge and it runs from about 25 psi to 10 psi. It is not low on oil.

Any reason for this?
