What do you think it will make?

Hello to all, i am building my 360 for my dart and am wondering if it will reach 400hp at the crank. i think it would but i am new to mopars since i am only 18 and i live nowhere close to a dyno so there really is no way for me to know and my dad who had a charger when he was my age and helped me build this car wont allow me to take it to the track. I have seen similar buildups and they have made it to 400hp i have even seen a 318 make it to 400hp with a similar combo like mine so thats what i am going on heres the specs on my motor:
small block 360
bored .030 over
Keith Black Hypereutectic pistons (not flat top pistons)
Compression is at 10 to 1
stock crank
stock rods (i think not sure)
Ported 2.02 1.60 valve X Heads
Comp Cams 284XE Hyrdraulic Cam i think the lift is at .507 .511
Comp Cams 1.6 ratio Aluminum Roller Rockers
Comp Cams lifters, pushrods, valvesprings etc.
Edelbrock Air-Gap Intake
Holley 670 Street avenger carb
TTI Headers
2.5 inch exhaust with Flowmaster 40 series mufflers all the way back
and i think that is it seems like it would make it to 400 hp at the crank the way i am looking at it tell me what you think THANKS!
P.S. how much does a dart with a 360 and a 727 weigh in at? one with a 340?
