67 to 74 disc brake conversion, PLEASE HELP!!!

did you get an alignment? even though the master cylinder is NEW, it could be leaking internally...what brand is it and where did you get it? is it a reman unit? are the brake lines new? did you check for leaks, cracks, did u properly bleed the brake system?
