Yea those are nice. But it looks like they are really close on an early A-body.
I was saying that the 318 ones in 71 to 73 have the same number for the LH side as the 340 in 71 to 73. The earlier ones are as you say WAY deferent on the 340. Sure with they fit!

If you want a verifiable source, I can send you a scan of the manifold page from a 1972 parts manual.

It's all good. And I'd hate to see you sell it only to ship it and have someone ticked at you. Just cost everybody all the way around in the long run.

Is a 318 exhaust manifold not a 340. I'm guessing you got the info from mymopar which is wrong. That list was compiled by someone else and it's a train wreck.

340 manifolds are cast number 3614368
