I GOT A TICKET/NOTICE for my car thats in the driveway.

Maybe there should be a law requiring my neighbor to have an old car parked in his driveway as I don't want his meticulous yard bringing my property value UP.
Actually I live in the country so I don't have any close neighbors, been reading about this type of thing happening around the country in the car magazines for a couple years now. Hasn't happened here yet, probably will take a while since we are in rural farm area and farmers have all kinds of unregistered farm equipment that sits for months at a time. Actually had this trouble in a town we lived in with the dirt circle track racecar, cops said we couldn't have an unlicensed car on our property, how do you register a car that no longer has a vin number, the mayor told us to throw a cover over it, we figure it was our neighbor on the other side complaining, guess we should have called the cops every time his 5 year old boy was outside squeeling at the top of his lungs.
