best machine shop/porter for 340 j heads

sorry took so long to replay i have a 340, stock stroke, forged factory crank, with a forged pistons, h beam rods, balanced. i have j heads. i have an edelbrock rpm airgap, holley 650, mp flat tap. 508 purple shaft, elec. ignition. the cars a 69 dart 4 speed, drag radials. 3:73 gears which will be 410 soon. im looking to run low 11's. id like to do this possibly with a solid cam, flt,or roller. and the max porting on the j heads and airgap. do you think this is possible?? my goal. im in 10th now i want to have the quickest non bottle fed car at the highschool drags my senior year.

also my pistons(speedpro powerforged) are above the deck flat tops, can u tsurface the heads down to make it 11-11:5:1 ???
