Manifolds or cheap Headers?

Got a chance to either get a set of manifolds off a 72 318 car for my 72 Dart with mild 360 for $50...or should I just get a cheap set of headers for the better flow?...Cons for manifolds are restrictive....and for headers are clearance...pros for headers are flow and for manifolds are clearance...just asking the question...eventually I plan on getting a set of tti or dougs...or possibly letting my friend fab up a set...
