best machine shop/porter for 340 j heads

I dont think you will do it without a few other parts being upgraded. The dual plane intake, the carb, and the valvetrain, possibly the headers depending on what you have, and I'd be looking to swap gears too. Low 11s are not quite that easy on a 340 like you metionned. Also the convertor if it's an automatic.
