Judge Takes Kyle Busch' Drivers License

what tracks ?
Hart Land race way, Crowlies Ridge raceway, George Rays Wild Cat drag Strip, Newport Drag Strip and Centerville drag strip. Yes we have a few more.

Here are the rules they have not been changed for anyone. I don't like Kyle Busch either but come on really guys get off the kids back. He is a good driver, a little rough and sometimes winey if he finishes poorly but who wouldn't get mad after a strong day then a 25th place finish. And most states do not make a habit of taking an out of state residents license for more then 45 days especially if the driver doesn't spend very much time per year in that state. I just checked the NC laws and there are no laws for speeding that fast except over 15 mph over the speed limit if going over 55 mph. And that is a 30 suspension!! The only laws for more then that are if you got a reckless driving and 15mph over in the same year and that is 60 days. He didn't get special treatment he got the LAW. Quit hating this kid for being good. He was given his punishment by the state of NC of you don't like it run for office. And here are the Nascar rules.

Section 3-6: Minimum Driver License Requirements:
A. To secure and maintain a NASCCAR Competitor License as a race driver, a NASCAR member at a minimum must:
(1) Be at least 18 years or age
(2) If requested by NASCAR Officials, submit to and pass driving ability tests conducted by and at the discretion of NASCAR Officials, whose decision as to the applicantÂ’s driving ability is final and binding on the applicant.
(3) Be physically fit as determined in the sole discretion of NASCAR. In this regard, NASCAR may require a Competitor or applicant to submit to and pass one or more physical examinations by a qualified physician(s).
(4) Execute and deliver to NASCAR such authorizations, releases, applications, consents, waivers, resumes and other documents as may be required by NASCAR from time to time.
This does add some light to the subject :coffee2: And his skill on the track is outstanding to say the lest  I jumped on this thread becouse a young gun was doing 105 in a 45 MPH zone and they took his CDL license and drivers license for 60 days, but that was driving on public roads, but the dirt track just 10 miles away let him race and after takeing second place in the IMCA fetcher race a race team protested and they took his winnings and his points away :coffee2:
I can see now where the nascar license are different then a regular drivers license :coffee2:, I or most folks carrying a regular drivers license could not pass a test to get a NASCAR drivers license... I don't dislike any driver, they are in the moment and all of them can't be like Mark Martin, I am glad there are different personalities out there :D The world would be a dull place to live in :D Thank you for the insite dusted72, I was in the moment I guess :D

Good for him. It really dosent matter to me either way, I just really dont like him. Maybe that will knock his cocky attitude down a notch or two.
Hay Sgt :D He does have one and he has admitted he needs to change his attitude and out look on things, But back in the day I was a humble driver and everyone new it, But there has been times that people would be surprised if they seen me climb out of my car upset with another driver for diving into turn 2 or 4 faster then he could handle the turn just to use me as a gard rail to get past me, one time is a give me but after four times and taking my rear axles out I turned into a man on a mission and told the driver off and the track owners for not black flagging him as he took my 3rd place finish away on the last 4 laps, he did get a slap on the rist but my car was smashed up bad on both side's him pushing me into the wall and my drivers side 1/4 and rear end totaled. memike was mad and most people agreed but it happens :D and it was all the track owners could do to keep all my friends and other racers out of his pit area.
