He gets the advantage of driving faster than that on a track. He needs to control himself on the street like everybody else. He should save those urges for the race.
Since he is in the public eye, he should step up and be an example of what to do, not what not to do.
The only ones entitled to drive that fast and endanger the public are the police. The laws do not apply to them (or so they think/act like it).
