Judge Takes Kyle Busch' Drivers License
Well, I have over 2 million miles with NO at-fault accidents and that does not include riding my bikes, driving my cars and Dakota.
I have NO points on my license and have had a safe-driver endorsement on my CDL ever since they started giving them out.
Good Job!

And like I said, there was nobody within 2 miles of me.
Completely irrelevant. The law is the law, whether you're alone, or not.
Does that make me a heinous felon?
If you continue to break the law, yes, it does.
Let me correct that, it makes you a traffic criminal and a scofflaw.
You seem to be of the opinion that because you're a good driver, that the laws don't apply to you, while you're alone in a public road. I know, that you know that completely false. Even as good a driver as you appear to be, the law is the same for you as for anyone else.
As I stated earlier, the law is not circumstantial. Even when you're alone on the road, the law still applies. There is no special dispensation for riding alone on a public road.
further, if you did crash, even if you have absolutely no regard for your own safety,
what about your loved ones? They lose you! Isn't that a wonderful way to tell them how much you care about them?
There also the fact that in the event of you having an accident and killing yourself, there is a cost to the tax payers for the police and emergency workers who will respond to the accident, and do the clean up, and such.
You can make all the justification excuses you want. It's still against the law, and it's still the wrong thing to do. Period.
I have seen people that can't drive in a parking lot.
Also irrelevant. What others do has no reflection or justification on what you do. You are your own person, you are responsible for yourself, and your actions. You're opinion of the driving abilities of others is just another attempt to justification your behavior even though the reality one has absolutely nothing to do with the other.
