Oil pressure / rebuild

Yes, is sounds like rebuild time. Engines don't get "caked with oil" by sitting. They get that way from driving with infrequent oil changes, too low an operating temperature, and/or poor quality oil. Once they get to that state, a rebuild is the only way to do it right.
