best machine shop/porter for 340 j heads

MY 340 has a 3.58 360 crank, 60 over, 378 inch. 242@50 hyd cam. Kid, my engine is choppy as hell! Don't get too crazy if your car will be a daily driver. Be realistic, listen to the guys here, try a target more like mid to hi 12's. Thats pretty fast.
425 HP is easy to get out of a 340 and be reliable. Get a good converter 3.91 gears and a snubber with slicks, you will go!
