70 duster: updating, and a no-dough pro-touring makeover

ive seen it done plenty of times on industrial equipment and lawnmowers. had no reason to believe it wouldnt work in an automotice application. with that being said, i cannot recall ever seeing it done that way in a production car. do y'all think a notched belt would solve it, as they flex in tighter radiuses both ways?
