under dash dilema

Didnt have to remove the windshield to just remove the Dash pad.But i do need to remove my windshield and my back glass.Hopefully I can get someone who is into Moaprs up here in Alaska to show me the way,or lend a hand.I want to paint the dash black and get a new dash pad .
