EV2's Duster VIN ends with xxx283, a pic of his tag is in his profile.
Looks like he simply copied this add http://bobcurrieautosales.com/view.php?vars=6/Plymouth/Duster/1971 that "StrokerScamp" posted, and "Deuce" from Cobourg Ont. bought the car with the VIN xxx279.

Hope this clarifies the VIN issue.
