PRAYERS NEEDED: Wild fires in Central Texas

Just in,got off the phone with a friend of mine who works with the City Of Austin.
Politics between OBama and Perry have grounded that DC10 plane.
FEMA SAYS WE DO NOT NEED IT.
FEMA is in control of the fire now and has turned away volunteers who showed up with heavy equipment like bulldozers .....
Thanks a lot FEMA.....
How does politics stop helping a disaster...
They fly that plane from california,they flew the flame retardant in,they loaded it,they let the pilots rest and now nothing...
Something is wrong here,it is Un-American and Inhumane
