What motor to go with?

Ok thanks for the info guys...yea I wana try get as close to 400 as I can get..I had a 78 z28 that was mid 400s loved that car but of course was 355 with $6000 in work So i can do a simple build on the 318 get it up a bit...anything else I can add to list to get more...Thats other reason I had mentioned a 360..alot easier to get up there...not so much work But i lose the numbers matching aspect.
