Racing seat install?

If I'm going to keep racing the car, I'm getting rid of this bench seat. With the shifter location it makes the posture impossible, and I'm sure its also ridiculous heavy.


Anybody ever install poly seats in a Dart? I'd rather not butcher the floorpan if that's an option.

What did you do for belts?

Steve, I just used the bracket kits for my summit race seats, I just used the factory belts (Hip belts) & slipped them through the side slots on the seats, I also bought covers for the seats, If i remember i used the 2 factory holes on each side that the bench bolted in, Make sure & use large washers for support so the bolts don't tear through after time, I used the 4 nuts from the bench seat, they have wide washers on them, then used 4 other bolts & lock washers & blue lock tight.
