column shift

sure you can shorten the column...I've done a couple for 71 and earlier with a Hemi/automatic column shift...the 73 and later columns are already short from the factory.....just like some of us guys

the shifting portion in the column is collapable.....so just collaps a section (it has two) the same as amount as you shorten the outer column.....and weld /tack that section of shifting column solid
