I bet it will take you close to 8 hours to put them on. I did mine in just shy of 8 hours and I had the front of the car more than 2 feet high, and the engine raised as high as I could get it.
It's the driver side that will get you. You may have to push the engine toward the left of the car to get it up in there. I think it took me close to 5 for that side, the passenger side was relatively easy in comparison. You will want to get the car as high as you can safely, especially for the driver side. You will also have to separate your steering cross link to run it through the header. You will more than likely run into a problem with your steering shaft depending on which connector is there.
Not trying to burst your bubble but that is the worst case scenario. Just take your time, work safely and try not to get frustrated. I myself would plan on a helper and a day.
