tailshaft length questions?

I know the b/c platform cars, trucks and a body platform cars had different lengths on the manual transmission tailhousings? I was needing to know the exact length of each of them? I am looking at possibly using one of the b body or truck transmissions in my car since they have a shifter mount point near the front of the tailhousing where it bolts onto the transmission. So that is why I was asking the length differences between the 3 different setups? So I will know if i need to modify the driveshaft in my car.
