spare tire hold down bolt/wing nut & plate

Like stated in the title this is a spare tire hold down bolt/wing nut & plate. I'm not sure on the correct year -- but this is a decent used set $15 including shipping (USPS priority mail). Parts are in Wichita Ks 67209/. thanks Lawrence
